Price Chopper has joined Walmart in voluntarily pulling Enfamil newborn formula from its shelves.

It's the Enfamil 12.5 oz. newborn formula with UPC code 30087510051.

It's being pulled because there have been reports that it may have bacteria in it and may be connected to the death of an infant in Missouri.

The FDA has not issued a mandatory recall because test results are not yet back.

This was sold at Price Chopper stores between Nov. 2 and Dec. 22.

Price Chopper is offering a full refund.

Two weeks left to register for FEMA, SBA Aid

ALBANY - New Yorkers affected by Tropical Storms Irene and Lee have two weeks left to register with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for possible federal disaster assistance.

Thursday, Dec. 15 is the registration deadline and FEMA says those who may need to register for aid should do so as soon as possible.

"Registration keeps open the possibility of a wide range of assistance," said FEMA Federal Coordinating Officer Philip Parr in a statement. "If your insurance coverage comes up short, or other damage appears later, you need to be registered for us to help."

December 15 is also the deadline to complete and return an SBA low-interest disaster loan application.  No one is obligated to take a loan, but completing the application is an essential step in possibly receiving additional FEMA grants for homeowners and renters that do not qualify for a loan.
