Business After Hours announces August event | Business

HUDSON  – Join the Chamber as The Vanderbilt House hosts a Business After Hours on Thursday, August 16.  The event will run from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. 

Come network and see the beautiful renovations that have been done.  The Vanderbilt House which was originally built in 1860 by the Vanderbilt Family for their employees of the New York Harlem Railroad.  Bob Mansfield’s family owned the hotel in 1915 where Bob’s father was born in Room twelve.  In 2009 Bob Mansfield became the third Mansfield to own the Vanderbilt House.  Bob has done major renovation of the downstairs dining room, tavern, parlor and restrooms.  Recently he renovated and opened the upstairs eight hotel rooms. 

Business After Hours’ offer excellent networking opportunities for area business people.  All members of the business community are invited to attend this business event.  Hors d’oeuvres and cash bar will be offered during the After Hours.  The Vanderbilt House is located at 161 Main Street in Philmont.  There is no cost to attend, but guests are encouraged to contact the Chamber at (518) 828-4417 if they plan to attend.
